You play a vital role in creating a memorable experience for all our passengers. As a Customer Services agent, you may be assigned different roles such as checking-in, greeting passengers upon their arrival and ensuring a smooth departure process. You could also be called upon to assist with special needs.
REQUIREMENTS:
- GCE 0 Or N level / including English and Chinese
- Pleasant with a cheerful disposition and good interpersonal skills.
- Dynamic individual with service aptitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
