Responsbilities :
- Generate business leads internally and externally
- Drive customer retention and growth through strategic account planning and relationship building
- Responsible for overall profitability of the company’s P&L
- Manage day-to-day operations with KPI metrics
- Lead and guide regional sales teams to meet targets and strategic goals
- Oversee coordination with relevant departments on meeting customers’ requirements
- Ensure the accuracy and timeless of monthly sales reporting to Management by updating all sales activities in Salesforce
- Contribute to the development of Sales Plans, forecasting business volume for future periods and regular site / product sales calls
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with relevant field of studies
- Min. 5 years of sales experience or in an equivalent sales management/Director role
- Proven management and leadership experience
- Strong verbal and communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
