About the Team

Parts of this role will require supporting across ByteDance, as well as TikTok. ByteDance is TikTok's parent company, whose mission is to inspire creativity and enrich life.

Responsibilities

- Manage a comprehensive talent acquisition middle-platform, overseeing broad services which encompass social recruitment delivery, executive search, campus hiring, recruitment operations, and candidate services;

- Offer comprehensive solutions for all talent acquisition needs globally, including the attraction, identification, and securing of top-tier talent. Ensuring the highest level of service is provided to foster robust and seamless collaborations;

- Supervise contingent workforce management and services, including the implementation of management processes and policies, the use of system tools, and the development of employment strategies;

- Safeguard and streamline business operations to achieve delivery objectives and efficiency. This also includes the long-term development of a reliable and efficient resource management system.


Minimum Qualifications

- 5 years of experience in team management (team size: 500-1000 persons including all workforce types) and talent project management;

- Proven track record in managing multiple department operations covering the regions including APAC, EMEA and AMS;

- Experience in global talent acquisition and resource planning;

- Strong understanding of management processes and policies, system tools, and employment strategies;

- Willing to travel frequently (30%).

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or above, preferably in HR or related field;

- Demonstrated ability to attract, identify, and secure top-tier talent;

- Exceptional communication and partnership-building skills;

- Experience in overseeing a comprehensive talent acquisition platform;

- Proven ability to safeguard and streamline business operations.
