JOB DESCRIPTION
- Install and repair electrical systems and electronic components of industrial machinery and equipment under the supervision licensed electricians,
- Troubleshoot transformers, motors, panels, and circuits, and perform safety inspections to identify hazards, defects, and necessary repairs
- Perform testing on electrical systems and circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures using testing devices, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes
- Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with OSHA safety and NEC regulations
- Electrical technicians play a key role in the production, installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment. They may work on communication, lighting, and control systems in factories, homes, buildings, and job sites. They often collaborate closely with electrical engineers and electricians.
