Fresh from the oven, we have a requirement from our reputable client to lookout for Seniro ServiceNow Specialist with working experience in ITSM, ITOM and CSM.
Job Requirements:
1. ServiceNow Solution Design and Implementation:
2. Capabilities Enablement - Lead the effort to enable teams to maximize ServiceNow capabilities.
3. ServiceNow Development and CI/CD:
4. IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM): Utilize deep product knowledge to optimize ITSM processes, including incident, problem, change, and release management.
5. Customer Service Management (CSM): Design and implement CSM solutions that enhance the customer service experience.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
2. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CSM, ITSM, ITOM) certification is essential.
3. Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
4. Deep knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, and CSM modules, as well as ServiceNow platform architecture.
5. Proficiency in ServiceNow development and CI/CD practices.
6. 12 months contract role.
