Job Requirements:
- Min 6 years of overall experience
- Min 5 years of ServiceNow experience
- Min 4 Hands-on ServiceNow implementation.
- Experience on core ServiceNow modules like – Case Management, Knowledge Management, Service Request Management, Service Portal, PSDS (Public Sector Digital Services) Implementation, Workforce Optimization, Playbooks, Inbound Integrations, Reporting, in addition to ITSM modules (Incident, change, problem).
- Experience on Portal, Integrations with various tools using API, SFTP, web service methods etc., Performance Analytics, Workforce Optimization, reporting.
- Experience in Playbook Configuration
- Experience on PSDS (Public Sector Digital Services) data Model.
- Experience in creating custom applications.
- Experience in creating and modifying workflows, Case routing through decision tables.
- Experience in creating custom flow actions and sub flows.
- Experience in creating and modifying Flows using Flow designer.
- Experience in Predictive Intelligence
- Experience in complex data migration.
- Excellent experience on ServiceNow integrations
- Experience in working on Agile Methodology.
- Experience in Advanced Work assignment, CSM Configurable workspace.
