Introduction

Device development for advanced specialty technologies. Type of devices include NVM (Split-gate, 2T, RRAM, OTP/MTP), CMOS, analog- and high-voltage devices .


Your Job

  • Design and characterization of devices to meet cost, performance, yield and reliability requirements.
  • Integration and optimization of new devices with minimal impact to other devices, if any
  • Development and implementation of new test structures and characterization methodologies
  • Working with Modeling engineers to produce good device models
  • Working with TCAD engineers to predict device split results
  • Analysis of E-Test, bench and reliability data to provide physical insights and hypotheses to explain device issues and drive process development
  • Mentoring and training of engineers

Required Qualifications:

  • PhD or Masters in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or equivalent
  • Field of specialization: Microelectronics
  • Masters + at least 8 years or PhD + at least 6 years of relevant device experience
  • Experience in detailed design and electrical characterization of devices
  • Process Integration and TCAD experience preferred
  • Experience in leading a group of engineers technically

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent understanding of device and process physics
  • Excellent analytical and optimization skills
  • Ability and desire to work in a multi-disciplinary team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
