- Provide quality customer service to patients and visitors
- Attend to patients’ enquiries & needs (e.g., provide wheelchair, issue face mask, direct patients to appropriate location) • Assist patients with registration
- Assist patients with scheduling / rescheduling of appointments
- Assist patients with payments
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements: • Min GCE 'N' / 'O' / 'A' Levels / NITEC / Diploma in any field. • Relevant experience will be an added advantage.
