* Checking websites on tickets, regards on system fault request by clients.
* To coordinate with contractors onsite on Cables or ATM phone issues.
* Troubleshooting Systems Faults & Programming request from clients.
Systems supported : (Avaya Pabx, Avaya Call Recording, Avaya Voicemail, Nice Recorder & Proteus Call Accounting)
Countries need to support for the Systems, (Singapore, Hong Kong, Philippines, Dubai, Luxembourg & United Kingdom).
* Provide Product Training to clients.
