Duties & Responsibilities
· To assist in receiving & storage raw food material
· Prepare and serve the food items in compliant with our café recipes and standards
· Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations
· Ensure proper food handling and storage
· Open and close work stations independently according to company’s guidelines
· Maintain condition and cleanliness of all kitchen equipment
· Able to carry out duties and instructions properly from Head Chef/FB Managers
Requirements
· At least 1 year relevant experience in Japanese Cuisine
· 2 off days per week to be scheduled by Management
· Willing to work shift hours, weekends and public holidays
· Well verse in proper food handling knowledge is a MUST
· Ability to improvise and work as a team
· Good working attitude and willing to learn
· Able to start work immediately will be advantage
