Job Descriptions:
· Will be involved in the full HR spectrum and is expected to manage the day to day operations of the HR and administration in the organization
· Able to adapt to the various functions within the HR department
· Update staff information in the database and personnel file maintenance and ensuring confidentiality at all times
· Handle recruitment & selection, monthly payroll, compensation & benefits, employees’ engagement & relations, performance management, safety compliance, etc
· Prepare HR letters (employment contract, confirmation, annual increment, promotion etc)
· Conduct newcomer’s orientation process and briefing of employment terms and conditions
· Coordinate staff welfare related activities and company functions
· Assist in all recruitment drives & work pass applications such as WP and S Pass application and renewal
· Assist with performance appraisal
· Maintain employees’ leave record and medical claims
· Maintain, upkeep company documentation of operational policy, rules and regulation
· Provides administrative support to the Finance & Admin Manager and Head of Operation as and when required and other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
* Degree in HRM or its equivalent
* At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Preschool admin & HR
* Good understanding of human resources functions
* Meticulous, organised and enjoy handing transactional activities
* Able to exercise mature discretion on confidential issues
* Possess excellent verbal and communication skills with good interpersonal skills
* Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Familiar with Times HR software
* Good knowledge of Employment Act, MOM regulations and practices
* Positive attitude, fast and independent with strong organizational skills
* Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
* Ability to multi-task and work independetly
