Job Description
- Assist on sales quotation preparation and project tracking
- Assist project team on site clearance application and preparation
- Follow up on overdue payment and prepare sales reports
- Provide basic administrative and support to the company
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in HR/Admin/Management/Account, Fresh graduate welcome to apply
- Able to read, write & communicate well with English
- Able to converse in English and Mandarin (to liaise with vendors)
- PC-literate, proficient in Ms Office (Excel/Words/Outlook/Powerpoint).
- With working experience preferred
- Fast learner with positive working attitude
- Sense of responsibility for all work that are assigned
