Working hour: Depending on the shift / course
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the well-being and water safety of guests by providing a high standard of aquatic safety and exemplary guest services
- Participate in in-service training
- To provide customer service and enforce the attraction or facility's policies, safety rules and regulations
- Interact with guests and advise information related to ride or facility
- Recognise and respond effectively in emergency situations to ensure that injuries or casualties are minimized and first aid is promptly and appropriately rendered before the arrival of emergency medical services
- Evacuate guest safely to seek shelter immediately during lightning alert and/or heavy rain causing poor visibility
Requirement:
- Must have the ability to swim 200m in any 2 recognized strokes
- Able to work in an outdoor environment and to provide good guest service
- Strong observational skills to proactively identify guest needs and monitor safety guidelines
- Customer-oriented, proactive with a positive working attitude
- Certified Bronze Medallion Lifeguards
