Kerry Consulting is working closely with an European Headquartered Commodity Trading firm that has been growing their footprint actively here in Asia. As part of their growth, they are looking to hire a seasoned KYC professional to join their KYC team. This is a great opportunity for KYC professionals from the financial services sector looking to transit into a new industry.
Responsibilities
As a key member of the KYC team, you will be reporting directly to the Head of KYC and provide due diligence support to the business in relation to the counterparties that they are trading. You will conduct end to end KYC assessment on all counterparties regardless of risk levels. You will also ensure on-going monitoring of these counterparties to ensure that there is no adverse news and any trigger events are addressed in a timely manner. For high risk cases, you will be actively involve in the presentation of your case findings to the senior management team.
Requirements
In order to succeed in this role, you should have at least 5 years of working experience and knowledge in conducting end to end KYC (onboarding or periodic review). You should have prior experience in using tools such as worldcheck or lexis nexis,
