Your contribution as a Graduate Associate
We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Associate (Executive Search) to work with our work with some of the most successful companies in the world to identify and attract top talent. If you are passionate about business and interested in working with influential leaders, this would give you the opportunity to facilitate successful connections yet achieve a rewarding and meaningful career.
Responsibilities:
• Develop business projects with target company industry and job categories to achieve their hiring goals
• Maintain positive business relationships and maintain excellent rapport with both clients and candidates
• Conduct research to identify potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job portals, and other online resources.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for various positions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our database.
• Develop and execute search strategies for various positions to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and create job descriptions and specifications.
• Provide feedback and advice to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Humanities or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A keen interest in the recruitment industry and the ability to learn quickly.
• Good time management skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
