Job Description
- In charge of piping materials (including bolt/nuts) & paints
- In charge of storage D&E storage facility stock checking
- Handles FIM from client and DM purchased bolts and nut and painting materials
- Receive, check, stamp (DO), record, store and issue of materials/equipment/component /assembly consumables
- Pre-inspect materials or packing condition prior to offloading to the designated location
- To witness the crates and box opening in the presence of vendors and/or client
- Issue items as per approved request forms
- Prepare and review FIM, Piping and Bolt & Nut material update in IMS, JDE and share drive file
- Ensure Piping and Bolt & Nut material stock count is updated and participate in year-end Company audit
Job Requirement
- Diploma in Material Control or warehouse management
- Min 5 years of experience working in Marine shipyard in warehouse management
- Must have knowledge on Structural, Piping, E&I and Mechanical materials
- Have valid Lifting Supervisor certificate is preferred
- Knowledge in JDE, SAP or other similar enterprise software
