Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling, bookings, and client relations
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction
- Supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations
- Handle administrative tasks such as inventory management and financial reporting
- Perform pre-treatment and after treatment consultation
- Acknowledge and respond to relevant client’s queries, needs and expectations
- Suggest and promote retail products or additional services
- Stock taking
- Ensure treatment rooms are clean and neat
- Any other administrative task when required
- Able to work on public holiday and weekend
