Function: Commercial / Retail Lease Management
Responsibilities:
- Handle finance-related tasks such as maintaining rent and tenancy records, analyzing tenant sales performance (including top performers and sales by trade categories), and assessing rental, sales, and occupancy costs monthly.
- Prepare ACG, Board, weekly forecast, and monthly reports, conducting analysis as required.
- Support ad-hoc analysis and/or reporting as and when required by management.
- Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or its equivalent.
- Team-oriented and creative with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive and eager to learn, capable of multitasking and working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Excel, resourceful, with analytical abilities and expertise in financial modeling.
