We are looking for a dynamic and passionate individual to lead our youth programmes. Our organisation runs various programmes across the nation, and we are looking for a Programme Manager to lead and develop our programmes.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead, plan, and execute the various programmes that the organisation offers
- Provide support for youths through intervention, case management, and/or counselling
- Supervise and lead the team of youth workers to ensure they are able to fulfil their responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the programme to ensure they are operating optimally (i.e. budget, manpower, outline)
- Conduct needs analysis and have a keen understanding of the needs of the youths to design and implement relevant programmes
- Lead and conduct research efforts to ensure programmes are well backed by research and evidence-based
- Liaise and network with stakeholders and community partners to form strategic and positive relationships
- Manage and develop volunteers, ensuring a growing community of regular and ad-hoc volunteers for our programmes
- Assist in fundraising and donor management to ensure organisation and its programmes are well resourced
- Provide administrative support in other areas of organisational matters to help support its operations and growth
Working Schedule:
Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 5:30pm
Some weekends required if organising events or outreach.
Work Location:
Must be willing to travel for various programmes (North, East & West)
Eligibility:
At least a Degree in Counselling, Social Work, or Psychology.
At least 2 years working with youths.
Preferably familiar with After School Programmes in Secondary Schools.
Requirements:
MOE Registration as an Instructor is required.
