Job Description
- Responsibilities:
- Attend to clients on routine corporate secretarial matters;
- Submission of application for company incorporation and strike off
- Updating & maintaining statutory registers & records;
- Preparing board resolutions & minutes;
- Preparing & filing of e-forms with ACRA and e-stamping of transfer forms;
- Ensure compliance with statutory & regulatory requirements;
- Meeting clients & provide general advice on compliance requirements;
- Liaison with existing & potential clients
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies, Finance, Accountancy, Secretarial or equivalent;
- Candidates with ICSA qualification or currently pursuing the ICSA
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in professional firms providing corporate secretarial services or legal firms
- Familiar with ACRA Biz-filing requirements;
- Meticulous, good organizing & coordinating skills;
- Good command of spoken & written English
