- Develop and implement strategic business plans and initiatives to drive company growth and profitability.
- Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans and initiatives.
- Prepare comprehensive business presentations and reports using PowerPoint and other tools.
- Liaise with the headquarters (HQ) in Japan to ensure alignment with company strategies and objectives.
- Participate in the planning and execution of business development activities, including market analysis, lead generation, and proposal development.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and competitive landscape.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in both English and Japanese to facilitate communication with the Japanese HQ.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities to convey complex information effectively.
- Proficient in creating professional business documents and presentations using Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
