Our Client is a Manufacturing MNC. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Production Admin to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central.
Responsibilities
- Review contracts for Purchase Orders.
- Create accurate sales orders in Oracle system to meet customer needs.
- Manage and update production planning file.
- Close sales work orders and prepare product certification documents.
- Coordinate with customers regarding their expectations and requirements.
- Prepare regular reports and responds to phone calls and emails.
- Any ad-hoc duty as assigned
Requirement
- Min ITE or Diploma in Business Admin
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Exposure in SAP or ERP software.
