The Role:
We are looking for an Art-Based Creative Lead, with at least 8 years of experience in a full-service advertising agency. As a Senior Creative in ZOO Group, you will be part of a nimble, tight-knit, and eclectic bunch, working on retail, government, education, and lifestyle accounts across multiple channels. You need to be a strategic thinker, tasked to conceptualise and create engaging ideas for pitches and other exciting accounts and lead the team across the finish line.
Requirements:
- At least 8 years advertising experience
- Possesses a Degree or Diploma in Design/Advertising/Multimedia/Visual Communication or equivalent
- Oversee the creation and production of design solutions for our clients
- Strong conceptual abilities, remarkable art direction skills, and a solid knowledge of the digital landscape
- Stay current on industry, cultural, and technology trends, and proactively incorporates them into team’s creative concepts
- Be a storyteller that is able to transfrom cutting-edge ideas and into business solutions.
