Working Days & Working Timing: 5 Days Work Week
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 9.00am – 6.00pm
- Saturday & Sunday: 11.00am – 7.00pm
- Closed on Public Holidays & Wednesday ( Rest Day )
- 1 weekday off per week, with 1 Sat or Sun off per month in lieu of 1 weekday off
Office: Tanah Merah
Salary: $ 3000 – $ 4000 + Commission
Job Responsibilities:
- Attend to walk-in customers in the Gallery
- Answer phone and email enquiries
- Prepare quotation for customers
- Meet given sales target monthly and yearly
- Ensure full collections from order generated and should not have any AR outstanding
- Provide after sales service to customer to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Compiling of customer's leads data and submit to coordinator for report
- To ensure Gallery is neat, clean and tidy at all times
- Ordering replenishment of display samples and sample books
- Devise measures to increase the number of walk-in customers
- Understand market trends and customer needs in the residential field and contribute to product development by providing feedback to the product department
Job Requirements:
- 3 years or more experienced in the related field or construction field are required for this position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word, Powerpoint )
