The individual in this role will report directly to the Materials Manager and will be responsible for guiding the initiation of new product launches, market transfers, and alterations to artwork throughout the entirety of a product's lifecycle. This involves ensuring seamless coordination and alignment across both global and local functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various cross-functional departments
- Work closely with the Global Life Cycle Management team to develop the Cut-Over Plan (COP) for new product launches and artwork adjustments.
- Define and establish a comprehensive strategy for the submission and implementation of the product lifecycle plan in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate the execution of artwork modifications in secondary components according to the agreed-upon Cut-Over Plan (COP)
- Collaborate with Procurement and Planning teams to minimize losses in raw materials, white stock, and finished goods associated with new artwork, COPs, or other related LCM activities.
- Monitor regulatory compliance to ensure alignment with the Cut-Over Plan (COP) for new launches, thereby ensuring the attainment of annual volume targets. Evaluate volume implications in case of delays.
- Identify potential risks in the product life cycle and develop contingency plans as necessary.
- Oversee the creation and implementation of Change Control processes for new product launches and other lifecycle-related changes.
- Provide monthly reports on performance metrics to ensure adherence to established timelines.
- Maintain relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) updated in a timely manner to ensure compliance with global SOPs.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Science, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or similar
- At least 3 years experience
- SAP knowledge
