Main Responsibilities:
- Assist end-to-end payroll processing, including data input, calculations of wages, deductions and taxes.
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries, bonuses, commissions, and other payroll-related payments.
- Handle payroll-related inquiries from clients and provide timely and accurate responses.
- Participate in payroll-related projects and initiatives as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of annual Income Tax (IR8A) and Tax clearance (IR21).
- Keep all payroll information and records maintained by statutory requirements.
- Handle daily attendance checks for the payroll process.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in HR.
- Able to work independently, multi-task, and be a good team player.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a good attitude and motivation.
