Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive growth and profitability of the commercial card product portfolio in Singapore.
- Participate and lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle
- Carry out market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and translate insights into actionable product enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, and proactively manage risks associated with the commercial card product portfolio.
- Performance Tracking and key commercial clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for product innovation and enhancement.
- Provide training and support to internal teams
- Participate in other ad hoc projects and on active enhancements of projects
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2-5 years of Project management experience
- Proficient in advance Excel (e.g. pivot table and Macro/VBA)
- Understanding of Business P&L, revenue and expense dynamics;
- Cards / Payment industry experience or background is an added advantage
