Key Responsibilities:
- Attain sales targets set by management and establish recognition as an expert in the construction sector.
- Identify growth opportunities within the construction market and among potential clients.
- Cultivate and manage strong customer relationships, understanding their needs and consistently delivering value.
- Assess and analyze the potential of new customers and maintain a network of stakeholders.
- Exemplify the company's vision, mission, and values, emphasizing personal accountability and business acumen.
- Monitor site progress closely, and provide accurate material forecasts.
- Offer customized solutions to customers on a case-by-case basis.
- Provide customer support, training, and troubleshooting as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Preferably 3 years of sales experience in the construction industry.
- Possess own transportation
