Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the company annual marketing calendar
- Design and implement marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities
- Responsible for producing content for company’s online presence
- Conduct general market research, trends, keep abreast of local law and regulations in construction sector and make reports
- Obtain upcoming and potential projects information, inclusive involving in tendering to get projects and signing contracts with clients
- Manage and monitor project timeline effectively
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are executed smoothly and timely
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience as Marketing Director
- Degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline
- Strong commercial acumen with experience of project budget management
- Excellent leadership and organizing skills
- Prefer candidate who can speak both English and Mandarin
