KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for setting the Equipment Eng team’s goal and strategy based on company's annual operating plan and execution
  • Overall responsibility for Selection, Procurement, Installation and Commissioning of equipment for FCBGA substrate production facility
  • Overall responsibility for preventative maintenance, calibration and plant automation (Automatic transport, measurement, etc.), and capacity utilization

  2. Comparison and selection of manufacturers

  1. Commencement of production and exchange of equipment delivery specifications
  2. On-site commissioning and preparation of inspection report

  7. Safety Audit (Safety Assessment)
  8. Change Management Application
  9. Initial Flow Management Results Report
  • Recognition
  1. Equipment acceptance inspection and acceptance report
  2. Preparation of various standards and delivery of equipment

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification and experience from an accredited technical college or university
  2. The manager is an experienced facility engineer
  • SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS
    1. Have knowledge of semiconductor related equipment (desirable)
    2. Basic knowledge of substrate manufacturing process (desirable)
    3. Basic knowledge of productivity indicators
    4. Experience creating CAD, specifications, and drawings
    5. PLC, programming knowledge (preferred)
    6. Experience installing and erecting equipment (preferred)
    7. Experience in construction management of buildings and utilities (preferred)
    8. Skill to solve problems that are difficult to moderately complex
  • COMPETENCIES REQUIRED (ABILITIES)
  1. Ability to work with care and precision without error
  2. Ability to understand and listen to customer intent
  3. Ability to plan and execute with project management skills
  4. Ability to influence others regarding policies, practices, and process of company
