- Overall responsibility for Selection, Procurement, Installation and Commissioning of equipment for FCBGA substrate production facility
- Overall responsibility for preventative maintenance, calibration and plant automation (Automatic transport, measurement, etc.), and capacity utilization

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification and experience from an accredited technical college or university
- The manager is an experienced facility engineer
- SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS
- Have knowledge of semiconductor related equipment (desirable)
- Basic knowledge of substrate manufacturing process (desirable)
- Basic knowledge of productivity indicators
- Experience creating CAD, specifications, and drawings
- PLC, programming knowledge (preferred)
- Experience installing and erecting equipment (preferred)
- Experience in construction management of buildings and utilities (preferred)
- Skill to solve problems that are difficult to moderately complex
