Key Responsibilities:
- Works under the supervision of the Head Chef and Sous Chef.
- Assist the Chef in food preparation, including washing, cleaning, mixing, peeling, and including cutting. chopping, grinding of vegetables, and batter as required.
- Ensure all food preparation and presentation by the team follows recipes and SOP guidelines, and are delivered according to the brand’s appearance/quality standards.
- MUST be willing to learn and perform basic cooking duties as instructed.
- Able to handle a fast-paced environment.
- Clean and/or ensure the sanitary conditions and operating order of kitchen appliances, equipment, food storage areas, and the kitchen itself.
Requirements:
- Preferably, 1 years experience in a related industry
- Kitchen operation oriented
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Teamwork
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Knowledge of food hygiene, safety and sanitation practices
- Fresh graduates with no experience are welcome to apply
