**Responsibilities:**
1. Responsible for administrative affairs management, providing administrative support, external communication and other administrative work to ensure efficient operation of the office.
2. Responsible for office area management, office rental contract management and daily maintenance of the office area, including outsourcing communication, daily management, etc.;
3. Assist in connecting with thirdparty service agencies and banks, handle various administrative procedures, be responsible for filling in relevant materials and submitting declarations, conveying notices and distributing documents, etc.;
4. Responsible for the compilation of meeting minutes and the management, updating, sorting and archiving of documents and information;
5. Assist in the preparation of periodic reports and assist in organizing and arranging appointments, meetings and events;
6. Responsible for the company's fixed assets management, including statistical records and distribution and maintenance; responsible for purchasing various company materials such as office supplies and fixed assets;
7. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders;
**Requirements:**
1. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
2. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
3. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
4. Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
7. Diploma degree or above; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
8. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
9. Discretion and confidentiality.
10. Proficient in Mandarin
