Hiring for Performance Test Lead,
Role & Responsibilities:
Involved in collecting performance test requirements across different application technologies.
Involved in writing performance test plans by incorporating performance testing objectives, testing environment, user profiles, risks, test scenarios, explanation about tools used, schedules and analysis, monitors and presentation of results.
Responsible for developing and modifying performance test scripts using tools like JMeter. Should be able to customize and enhance test scripts as per requirements.
Responsible to create & execute test scenarios as per performance testing requirements.
Responsible for generating of report for performance testing results.
Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience on end-to-end performance testing lifecycle using tools such as JMeter.
Experience in large scale projects testing and commissioning in the transport/traffic management domain (especially enterprise-wide Traffic Management System related) would be advantageous.
Strong in all aspects of SDLC processes, performance testing methodology and different types of testing.
Strong in using JMeter, JIRA, Xray, Confluence, Postman, Swagger, REST, JSON, and MS Excel.
Written and verbal communication skills to successfully share the testing results and make recommendations.
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, analytical skills, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to work within a collaborative team environment.
Strong ability to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines.
