F&B group looking for
Creative Marketing Assistant Manager
This person will report to the Creative Marketing Manager.
Who we want:
-Someone that is very organised and detailed, excellent time management skill juggling multi task, without the need of the Manager's supervision.
-Proactive and initiative to follow up on internal and external matters and report to the Manager.
-Data-driven, strategic priorities, revenue growth target driven.
-Very independent, able to execute task on he/her own without supervision
-Top notch communicator, setting and withholding workplace culture, communicating with internal team members and external stakeholders.
-Creative and spearheading new initiatives
-Able to work flexible hours
Requirements:
-Leading and managing a team, capable of setting pace and tone in the office
-Prior experience in digital marketing (Google Analytics, SEM, SEO, Paid search campaigns, Social media advertising, content management) graphic design, events experiential marketing
-Proven track record of previous marketing strategies/systems/processes
Duties & Responsibilities:
-Responsible for marketing metrics, targets, initiatives and impact, through data analyticals, advising the best course of
action for revenue and brand growth.
-Build and promote the business to a nation recognized brand
-Plan, manage and executing events project, liasing with internal and external stakeholders from planning phase to post-event phase.
-Manage designer in artwork creation to align with marketing strategy
-Manage content creator in content creation to align with marketing strategy
-Work with the Creative Marketing Manager to set up new processes and systems to track and record performances, data and budget.
-Understanding consumer's behaviour, curate strategies to amplify consumer's experience to the best capacity
Probational Salary: $4500
Probation Period: 6 months, or undefined, based on performance.
Working days: Tuesday - Saturday (Weekends might be required depends on events)
Working hours: 11am - 8.30pm (Extra hours on event days or if task is not done)
