Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, supervise and control of Company’s in-house and external Contractors for all electrical & instrumentation maintenance works related to planning & execution of: (a) daily maintenance including facility E & I related maintenance [preventive, corrective, & emergency maintenance], (b) grade change maintenance, (c) shutdown maintenance and (d) upgrading and improvement related to maintenance (e) simple modification work for improvement
- Establish, continually improve & implement safe, efficient and effective preventive / predictive maintenance programs, procedures to achieve highest equipment reliability & availability objective
- Manage & maintain reliable and accurate asset maintenance records in order to provide good maintenance history for future reference and troubleshooting purposes
- Conduct trouble shooting and root cause analysis study of equipment failures, recurring breakdown, and equipment defects and to take effective corrective & preventive measures to sustain and improve equipment performance integrity & reliability
- Optimize & manage E&I maintenance inventory level of critical & non-critical equipment spare parts, consumables, tools to ensure relevant parts always available on time, on spec and on quantity
- Arrange periodically for calibration of critical process instruments and maintain updated & accurate records for all calibration carried out
- Ensure all E&I maintenance activities are carried out in accordance to the Company’s HSEQ Standards, statutory requirements, Company Maintenance & Management System and best industry maintenance practices
- Order equipment, materials, supplies, parts & services required by maintenance or projects, etc.
- Others ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or relevant qualification
- Possess minimum 3 years of industrial experience in maintenance planning and execution of process plant/manufacturing plant (instrumentation, electrical power such as switch gear, MCC, motor)
- Familiar with SAP Plant Maintenance Module
