The Senior Executive’s main responsibility is to plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns for assigned projects, including managing media buys and creatives, as well as working with our agencies and partners.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns for assigned projects across digital and offline channels, including media buys, setting up ad campaigns, preparing creatives, and working with our agencies and partners.
- Be part of a working team to deliver an integrated marketing campaign for the biennial National Piano & Violin Competition
- Manage schedule and creatives for media spaces in the Victoria Concert Hall, and in the Esplanade
- Assist with website updates for assigned projects
- Join Marketing colleagues for filming and photography at rehearsals
- Undertake Front-of-House duties for events where rostered
- Check Marketing inbox for email enquiries
REQUIREMENTS
- A university degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
- Minimum 2 years experience in digital marketing, marketing communications, social media marketing, or in an arts organization. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the same job, positioned at the executive level.
- Passion for classical music or the performing arts
- Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work with data
- Resilient individual with positive energy and exceptional organizational skills

- Flexibility to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays
