Responsibilities: -
· a) Manage and lead business development & marketing team.
b) Develop formulation of strategic plans to identify, target and clinch corporate Clients.
c) Expand clientele base through active acquisitions of new Clients.
d) Develop networking proposals customized to individual sector.
e) To understand Client’s requirements for design.
f) Oversee the liaison between Client, Designer and other parties leading up to project, ensuring Client’s requirement are met and exceeded.
g) Oversee preparation of sales and marketing materials.
h) Ensure all proposals and designs are presented on time.
i) Responsible for achieving and delivering Company’s sales target.
j) Manage and maintain Client relationship.
k) Communicate with various level of people spanning from Client, Company Management, Contractors up to vendors.
l) Collate and evaluate Client’s feedback and highlighting Client’s complaints for Management analysis.
m) Review & analyze Company’s key performance indicators and mapping out improvement initiatives or actions for improvement.
n) Perform site visit for projects.
o) Supervision of Designers and Submission of respective projects
p) Others ad hoc duties required by Superior
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
· Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the interior design or home furnishings industry.
· Strong understanding of interior design principles, trends, and product offerings.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships.
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
