About the Company:
A leading global insurance company is initiating a multi-year and multi-dimensional cyber security transformation initiative aimed at modernizing, uplifting, and fortifying the cyber security posture of the organization.
Role Overview:
The Cyber Security Project Manager will play a pivotal role in the organization's cyber security transformation initiative, with a key focus on IAM, Threat Detection, Incident Response, Threat Hunting, Proactive Threat Detection, and Mitigation. This role will oversee the migration to a Global MSSP platform and service for 10 Group Companies across 5 countries in the Southeast Asia Region.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate experience and expertise in Infrastructure and Cyber Security transformation projects, including Threat Detection, Incident Response, Threat Hunting, Proactive Threat Detection, and Mitigation.
- Lead end-to-end project management and delivery across the region.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure projects are aligned with the company's cyber security strategy.
- Manage project dependencies, schedules, and budgets effectively.
- Coordinate with Program & Project Owners, Leads, SMEs, and stakeholders to finalize technical requirements and solutions.
- Engage and communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure project progress and alignment.
- Monitor progress against plans and escalate issues as needed.
- Lead efforts towards successful project closure, including managing Performance Guarantees and Warranty Periods.
- Manage application maintenance and support services.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience in Cyber Security Project Management - MUST
- Working experience in the Insurance industry - MUST
- Regional experience covering multiple business units in multiple countries is highly preferred.
- Knowledge in IT Infra / IT Security and IT service management is advantageous.
- Possess strong communication, presentation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate both internal and external project team members effectively.
- Demonstrated capability to coordinate across multiple projects concurrently.
- Willingness to travel internationally within the region as required.
