KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and repair Plant machinery and equipment
- Maintain spare parts inventory
- Raise ePR /Capex to maintain spare parts inventory and other services
- Manage the HSE, SOP & SWP within Maintenance Department
- Track and maintain maintenance schedule and records
- Track and maintain DLs training records
- Co-ordinate with contractors & suppliers for services and repair
- Ensure Plant / equipment required licenses or inspection certificates are up to date
- Inspect the portable electrical tools and equipment on the monthly basis
- Plan and manage Maintenance Budget
- Perform inspection activities in other plant and depots
- Follow up on documentation where required
- SAC Certifier for Open Top Container
- Any other ad hoc work assigned
KEY SKILLS, COMPETENCIES & BEHAVIOURS
- Possess a Diploma/ Degree in Engineering discipline with at least 2 years’ of relevant experience
- Experience in working with a power rating of up to 415Vac, has knowledge in hydraulic and mechanical works, and able to read technical drawings is preferred
- Possess a LEW Grade 7 certification
- Proficient in Microsoft office application
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- May be required to stay communicated after office hours due to operational requirements when necessary
- Able to work on weekends as and when required, depending on operational requirements
