Job Description
• Actively plan & implement initiatives to grow market share/category and increase brand awareness.
• Manage the marketing mix of pricing, promotion, products & distribution to improve profitability & sales.
• Implement & track responses of marketing strategies by working closely with sales team & strategic stakeholders.
• Oversee marketing campaigns for company branding and generate media coverage.
• Monitor the company’s marketing budget.
• Establish & maintain good working relationships with business associates, advertising agencies, media, and suppliers.
• Generation of regular reports to track and update management on the effectiveness of each marketing activity.
• Managing all marketing activities for the company
• Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
• To take on ad hoc project and other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirement:
• Bachelor or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Min 3 years F&B background of relevant experience (good organizational skills and an eye for details)
• Effectively bilingual in both spoken and written.
• Self-disciplined, proactive and have a strong sense of urgency.
• Ability to multitask and strive well under pressure.
• Strong customer focus and ability to handle consumer feedback & complaints.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication and analytical skills.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and able to work both independently and in a team.
• Able to start work immediately/short notice.
