• Assist in business development/bidding matters to expand business in the region and internationally and develop good relationships with external collaborators and clients.
• Leading, training and guiding the juniors in the team
• Able to problem-solve effectively
• Work together with the design team to ensure delivery of the project in timely and high quality level.
• Attending meetings with clients, the project team, contractors and suppliers
• Liaising with contractors and suppliers to execute projects
• Travel overseas for business trips for projects regularly
• Developing lighting layouts, specifications, lighting control and grouping diagrams in Revit and Autocad
• Leading design discussions with clients and project team
• Meeting project schedules and guiding relevant team members/ project team/contractors, etc to meet project deliverables and achieving the desired goals and outcome.
Requirements:
• At least 5.5 years in the lighting industry and hands-on experience dealing with designers, contractors on daily basis
• Able to use Autocad, Revit, Dialux
• Experience working with different cultures, regions and context and able to adapt to various markets in South-east Asia.
• Able to win and close contracts
• Able to speak various languages such as English, Malay, Cantonese, Mandarin.
