Job Title: Assistant Engineer (ID3417)
Location: Changi
Working Hours: Mon – Fri 7 Am To 4:30pm
Salary: $3000-$3500
Job Descriptions :
a) Responsible new product introduction (NPI) process reviews drawings and specification.
b) Submit Supplier problem sheet (SPS) for issues encounter drawing and specification.
c) Drafting 2D drawing for the entire incomplete drawing.
d) Design the internal fixture all the process.
e) Able to solve drawing issues with production team internally.
f) Review engineering change order (ECO) and engineering specs waiver (ESW)process.
g) Generate internal OMS (Operation method sheets) creation base on the drawing generate internal.
h) Able to read multi level BOM.
i) Create multilevel bill of material (BOM) and routing for job travelers.
j) Provide assistance to purchasing for any material or OEM buying parts related .
k) Work with customer for any design improvement.
l) Hand on experience on assist assembly technician.
Job Requirements:
a. Experience using CAD software such as SolidWorks. Auto Cad, or Autodesk inventor.
b. ERP knowledge wantage and Epicor
c. Familiar with ASTM spec , Asme Y14.5M-1994 & ASME Y14.38-1999 and GD&T specification.
d. Knowledgeable in DOS ,MS office software such as word processing ,excel spreadsheets, Power point presentation and other software related to drawings and management system.
e. Familiar with all the special process ex anodize, EN-plating
f. Knowledge of semiconductor and equipment assembly process
g. Familiar the semiconductor component process
h. Familiar the helium leak ,hydrostatic leak test and load test
i. Time management skill for meeting deadlines
