- Oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of renovation projects from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Conduct thorough site inspections and assessments to identify potential issues or improvements, documenting findings and making recommendations for corrective actions.
- Coordinate and manage the work of contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in the renovation projects.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including all administrative tasks and site activities.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers, ensuring clear communication of project specifications and expectations.
- Ensure all work adheres to approved designs, materials, and specifications outlined in the contract.
- Manage project documentation, including permits, plans, change orders, and project reports, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and filed appropriately.
- Actively participate in ad-hoc projects and other duties as required.
