Job Description:
- Oversee the operations.
- Manage the performance and morale of the employee.
- Plan and execute monthly rotating menus and special food promotion with the chef.
- Ensure quality and wholesome food is served.
- Ensure all areas of services and maintained at the require standard.
- Maintain and improve hygiene and safety standards of the restaurant.
- Adhere to food hygiene at all times.
Job Requirements:
- Preferable with F&B experience in similar capacity as a supervisor.
- Vald Food and Hygiene cert.
- Min 1 year experience in the related field.
- Pleasant personality, energetic and motivated to serve.
