Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute User Acquisition campaigns for multiple games and/or apps
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness, pinpoint key metrics, and enhance Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Collaborate with Product and Creative teams to synchronize efforts and provide feedback
- Supervise digital marketing strategies, including App Store Optimization (ASO) and in-app promotions, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Enhance expertise in User Acquisition and share insights to drive growth innovation
- Lead cross-functional projects and mentor junior staff or interns
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in the mobile application or gaming industry, with expertise in performance marketing, App Store Optimization (ASO), paid acquisition, and influencer marketing
- Demonstrated track record of success with Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) strategies for mobile games and/or apps
- Proficiency with common user acquisition platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, AdMob, AppLovin, TikTok) and Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) like Appsflyer and Adjust
- Familiarity with experimentation methodologies and processes
- Innovative mindset with experience in experimenting with organic and viral tactics
