You will provide support in the daily administrative duties of the department as follows:
· Collate departmental Quality Improvement Projects data for medical and non-medical staff.
· Assist in preparation and planning of duty roster for medical and non-medical staff.
· Assist in maintaining record for time-off and overtime for department staff.
· Support administrative works for doctors including residents.
· Support administrative work for NRD to be accredited as Continuing Professional education (CPE) provider.
· Assist in preparation of agenda and minutes taking for monthly Senior/ General staff Meeting.
· Ensure all billings for cases done at Neuroradiology are tallied and without error before sending to TTSH Finance for processing.
· Assist in checking with all billing charges for imaging services daily to ensure accuracy and make the necessary adjustment request for billing errors.
· Any ad-hoc assignment by the supervisor.

· Recognised Diploma with at least 1 year of working experience in office administration
· Meticulous and organised
· Team players with good interpersonal and communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
