Job scope:
• Prospect and identify new opportunities including cold-calling, attend marketing events, etc.
• Accountable for meeting and exceeding sales targets and bringing in business that is aligned with the business interest of the company
• Strategise, develop and expand the company’s sales pipelines by seeking out new opportunities, such as through outdoor sales, education fairs, and other events
• Conduct market research, understand the competition and develop high impact sales strategies to help Tenopy penetrate the market
• Build and manage a part-time sales force to help accelerate business growth
• Support the marketing lead by writing well-researched marketing content and helping out with digital marketing initiatives
• Compile reports on sales’ performance
