Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity across all departments.
- Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape to identify
growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development, marketing
strategies, and sales initiatives.
- Work with team members to foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and
collaboration.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and vendors.
- Monitor financial performance, budgetary compliance, and resource allocation by
project basis
