- Working Hours: Retail Hours
- Working Days: 5.5 days (including weekend & PH)
- Salary Range:$3,000 -$4,000 + Allowance +AWS+VB
- Working Location: Comfortable to travel around (we have 21 stores located island-wide)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the management of 5-7 stores, supervising a workforce of 10-15 staffs
- Analyze sales and store performance for growth opportunities.
- Develop action plans for sales enhancement and staff optimization.
- Ensure top-tier operational standards in stores.
- Manage communication for inventory needs and operational standards.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and foster a customer-centric service culture.
- Train retail teams, coach , and develop high-performing teams.
- Drive employee engagement and talent development.
- Oversee administrative procedures, support manpower requirements, and assist with ad hoc projects.
Requirements:
- A minimum 5 years of managerial experience in the retail industry.
