Job Duties:
- Attend to agency queries and feedback
- Assist agency leaders and financial consultants on reimbursement schemes, including management appeals
- Assisting with campaign leads, sales and improvement plans
- Conduct campaign briefings and agency presentations.
- Ensure and improve compliance to SOP and regulations
- Improve the quality of leads generated in campaigns and reducing complaints from agents and members of public
- Organise and run ad-hoc lead generating campaigns
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree and above
- MInimum 1 year of work experience with in a financial services related industry with experience in marketing or event management, navigating large and complex organisations
- Customer-oriented, with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
